Các note cao đẹp lạ lùng, Thủy yêu ...
Mình có cảm giác được tay trong tay đi dạo với ai đó trong khu vườn với những âm thanh diệu kì của thiên nhiên, dù cho những khóm cỏ khiêm tốn ẩn mình đâu đấy, những bông hoa dại còn rụt rè sau đêm ngủ muộn, mọi nơi đều đẹp như tranh, nàng tiên của âm thanh ạ. Yêu nàng hơn vì bài hát này... Chưa từng nghe ai nhả chữ đầy xúc cảm và hoàn hảo như nàng. Không tìm ra lời nào đẹp hơn để nói nữa…:x… >:D< @_@

Có thể đối với bạn, niềm vui, hạnh phúc là cái gì đó xa xỉ và lớn lao lắm.
Đối với tôi, hạnh phúc là khi được ai đó quan tâm đến , dù chỉ là một câu chào, một lời nói bâng quơ lúc đau ốm ...
Có thể tình thương cũng được chia thành nhiều giai cấp, có người thừa thãi không xài hết, có người chỉ đi nhặt nhạnh những quan tâm nhỏ nhoi, mà lắm lúc cảm thấy thật hiếm hoi khó thể tìm thấy trên đời này...
Tôi cũng đang vun đắp những giá trị nào đó của cuộc sống và mang đi chia sẻ, và cũng ước ai đó gửi đến cho mình một dấu hiệu nào đó để biết rằng bạn cũng thích được sẻ chia ...

Downtown drive in San Fransisco Bay area , on the way to Golden Gate bridge

It's hard to say good bye to this bay area ... I love wandering up and down the streets at pleasant Hills , love the way they built such pretty bridges, San Fransisco - Oakland Bay Bridge and the misty Golden Gate one. I didn't think one day i could walk leisurely along the red cold and misty bridge on a dreamy day...
I love singing with my friend in the car when driving along the pacific coast. Everything's just like yesterday...
Still thinking of the precious moment when i was there
Missing you, my dear friends, miss the lovely bay, too ...

Cách làm chè chuối chưng
====
Bột báng (Tapioca pearl )
Nguyên liệu : (cho 6 người ăn)
1,5 k chuối sứ chín mùi ( nếu nấu chuối không chín, sẽ bị chát)
1kg dừa khô xay sẵn
300g – 400g đường cát tuỳ theo người thích ăn ngọt hay lạt, ăn lạnh hay nóng
100 g bột báng ngâm nuớc lạnh cho nở
100g lạc rang giã nhỏ pha thêm ¼ thìa café muối
Va ni 2 ống
Cách làm:
Chuối bóc vỏ và chỉ , xắt lát dày 2 cm ướp với 300 đường trong 1giờ
Dừa khô xay cho nước ấm vào vắt lấy nước cốt đặc khoảng 1/2lít
Vắt lần thứ hai lấy nước cốt loãng khoảng 1 lít 5 – 2 lít ( tuỳ theo người thích ăn lỏng hay đặc)
Đun sôi nước cốt dừa loãng, cho chuối ướp vào và khoảng 1/4 thìa cà phê muối nấu khoảng 40’ ( nuớc ngập qua khỏi chuối khoảng 3cm là vừa , nếu không ngập phải cho thêm nuớc lã vào) . Khi chuối chín, nước chỉ còn vừa ngập chuối.
Cho bột báng vào nấu thêm 15’
Khi chuối đã chín và bột báng đã mềm, cho tiếp nước cốt dừa đặc vào khoảng 3’, lấy nồi ra khỏi bếp, cho va ni vào
Múc ra bát , cho lạc rang vào.
