·Thuốc bổ sung : Multivitamin nhóm B (để kích thích thèm ăn, uống trong 20 ngày, 1v/ngày sau khi ăn sáng)
Đặc biệt :
Tránh các thức ăn có nước như phở, miếng vì đây là loại thức ăn ít calo, mau no dành cho người muốn giảm cân và giữ dáng .
Tránh các thức ăn làm tiêu mỡ thừa như bí đao, dưa leo, rau cần ta, trái lê, bưởi, trà xanh.
Tránh uống nước hoặc canh trước khi ăn vì như thế sẽ giảm thèm ăn các món sau
Ăn nhiều các món chiên xào và trái cây ngọt giàu calo hoặc giàu chất béo như đu đủ, xoài, bơ, chuối sứ, yaour đóng hộp, hạt điều , đậu phọng rang ( lạc rang ) đóng gói các loại
Ăn nhiều các loại thực phẩm sấy khô giàu calo như chuối, khoai lang, nho, chà là sấy khô …
Ăn nhiều các loại thực phẩm chứa tinh bột như cơm, xôi nếp, xôi bắp, bánh mì, bánh ú, bánh tét, bánh chưng, các loại khoai, trong đó thức ăn từ gạo nếp làm tăng cân nhanh nhất.
Uống bia hoặc nước ngọt nếu có thể
Vận động: Tập thể dục sẽ khiến cơ thể đói nhiều và thèm ăn nhiều . Vì thế “ tập ít, ăn nhiều” là dễ béo nhất.
Cảnh báo : Thức ăn gây tăng cân thường không có lợi cho sức khỏe, vì thế chỉ có thể áp dụng cho người gầy ốm, người trẻ và chỉ kéo dài chế độ ăn tối đa 3 tháng ( tăng 11k nếu áp dụng đúng cách trên) , sau đó trở lại chế độ dinh dưỡng lành mạnh hơn :) Bạn nào muốn gầy thì làm ngược lại nhé :)

This is really a dramatic performance of the true talents.
I can't believe that they were just contestants of “The Voice”, cause their performance was so amazing and professional that listeners, especially all the Judges were completely ecstatic. It's really difficult and heartbreaking having to say good bye to either of them. Anyway, I was touched by Jesse's story about his family - a homeless single father living with his daughter in a car ! - and thus, at that moment, I was praying for Jesse and his daughter's better future after winning this competition. I also hope Anthony, with his talent, will surely have another good chance in another time : x ;;)
