Ngày thứ sáu nghĩ đến em …

Logic của những người bạn là họ luôn nhớ đến những tình tiết trong hoàn cảnh của bạn mình ở lần gần nhất gặp mặt hoặc nói chuyện với nhau để từ đó có sự quan tâm chân thành và thích hợp , để nâng đỡ nhau ít nhất là về mặt tâm hồn cho dù xa nhau hay ít gặp nhau ... Mình tự thấy vẫn chưa làm được tốt điều này ;;)

Mình có một đứa em tuy nhỏ tuổi mà rất đạt về cái mặt logic ấy. Em là người thứ 2 ( sau một người ông của mình) mà mình biết có tính cách như vậy. Một hạt ngọc dễ thương, một điểm sáng ko bừng lên quá le lói nhưng ko dễ tắt. Một con người bé nhỏ luôn bận bịu với học hành và công việc nhưng ko hề lơ đãng để bỏ quên những "tâm hồn mà có thể mình đợi đã từ lâu"

Cuộc sống luôn công bằng, khi ta mang đến cho "mọi người " một tình cảm lơ đãng, lúc ta cần ai đó nhất thì mỗi người trong “ mọi người” ấy có thể nghĩ rằng “ Hắn có nhiều bạn, ko có mình hỏi thăm chắc hắn ko sao”, và cứ thế, họ vô tình trả lại hắn sự lơ đãng tương tự …

Em thì khác, với những gì em ấy có được trong tính cách ứng xử , mình luôn tin cuộc sống sẽ mang đến cho em những gì tận tâm, ấm áp, chân thành và bền lâu nhất.

Phương pháp : Dùng thức ăn thiên về loại tinh bột chứa nhiều calo nhất nhưng dễ ăn nhất , dễ tiêu hóa và kích thích thèm ăn cho lần sau, vận động vừa phải và bổ sung vitamin nhóm B.

·       Sáng : 2 bánh ú , hoặc 2 gói xôi nếp, xôi bắp, hoặc 1 dĩa cơm sườn trứng có  nhiều cơm + 2 quả chuối sứ + café sữa đá

·       Trưa : 2 bát cơm + thức ăn tùy thích + 1 ly sinh tố bơ to , có nhiều bơ, đường và sữa ( Trung bình mỗi ngày uống 2 ly bơ )

·       Chiều : 2 bát cơm + thức ăn tùy thích + mỗi ngày 500g-1kg  đu đủ  chín  hoặc 1 quả xoài chín to)

·       Tối sau 8 g : 1 ổ bánh mì thịt  hoặc 200g xôi gà + 2 hủ yaour + thêm 1 quả chuối nếu có thể ( bửa ăn quyết định sự tăng cân)

·       Thuốc bổ sung : Multivitamin nhóm B (để kích thích thèm ăn, uống trong 20 ngày, 1v/ngày sau khi ăn sáng)

Đặc biệt :

• Tránh các thức ăn có nước như phở, miếng vì đây là loại thức ăn ít calo, mau no dành cho người muốn giảm cân và giữ dáng .
• Tránh các thức ăn làm tiêu mỡ thừa như bí đao, dưa leo, rau cần ta, trái lê, bưởi, trà xanh.
• Tránh uống nước hoặc canh trước khi ăn vì như thế sẽ giảm thèm ăn các món sau
• Ăn nhiều các món chiên xào và trái cây ngọt giàu calo hoặc giàu chất béo  như đu đủ, xoài,  bơ, chuối sứ, yaour đóng hộp, hạt điều , đậu phọng rang ( lạc rang ) đóng gói các loại
• Ăn nhiều các loại thực phẩm sấy khô giàu calo như chuối, khoai lang, nho, chà là  sấy khô …
• Ăn nhiều các loại thực phẩm chứa tinh bột như cơm, xôi nếp, xôi bắp, bánh mì, bánh ú, bánh tét, bánh chưng, các loại khoai, trong đó thức ăn từ gạo nếp làm tăng cân nhanh nhất.
• Uống bia hoặc nước ngọt nếu có thể

Vận động: Tập thể dục sẽ khiến cơ thể đói nhiều và thèm ăn nhiều . Vì thế “ tập ít, ăn nhiều” là dễ béo nhất. 

Cảnh báo : Thức ăn gây tăng cân thường không có lợi cho sức khỏe, vì thế chỉ có thể áp dụng cho người gầy ốm, người trẻ và chỉ kéo dài chế độ ăn tối đa 3 tháng ( tăng 11k nếu áp dụng đúng cách trên) , sau đó trở lại chế độ dinh dưỡng lành mạnh hơn :)

I really don’t care much about what Jermaine did in the past,  cuz every single man has his own past and most of those are not completely good. Now he's a good one whose heart knows how to beat with any touching melodies. I know he always sings with all his heart, and I believe the one like this can hardly ever be a “cold blooded man”

Dramatic performance from "The Voice" - If i ain't got you

This is really a dramatic performance of the true talents.

I can't believe that they were just contestants of “The Voice”, cause their performance was so amazing and professional that listeners, especially all the Judges were completely ecstatic. It's really difficult and heartbreaking having to say good bye to either of them. Anyway, I was touched by Jesse's story about his family - a homeless single father living with his daughter in a car ! -  and thus, at that moment, I was praying for Jesse and his daughter's better future after winning this competition. I also hope Anthony, with his talent,  will surely have another good chance in another time : x ;;)
